How do I synchronise sale prices across my sales channels
Background
Generally, most users expect that sales prices on different channels should be run and managed independently of each other. This means that if you’re having a sale on Shopify, you don’t necessarily want those prices to be reflected on other channels.
This isn't always the case however - sometimes you run to run a promotion across all your channels at the same time.
How do I synchronise sale prices across my sales channels?
In situations where you would like your synced channels to also reflect that new sales price, a property can be set in the configuration of the channel:
Settings > (Select Channel) > Settings > Advanced Options > Sale Pricing
Additionally, you can also set dates that you would like it to use that sale price, if the promotion on that channel should only run over a specific timeframe.
